Security Corner - Tips and advice for staying safe in Mexico

Sorry to be pedantic, but pet peeve: I must dispute the plug for David Lida's site. Contrary to what every cabbie in DF will tell you: Mexico City is probably not the biggest city in the world. That would be very difficult to determine. Mainstream estimates say Tokyo and Seoul are larger. But counting people in cities like Sao Paolo, Delhi and Manila is at least as sketchy a process as it is in Mexico City. While Tokyo's and New York City's (agglomerated) censuses are probably very accurate, I doubt anyone can definitively say how many people live in the agglomerated metropoli of Delhi, Sao Paulo, Manila or Mexico City. So nobody can really claim this top slot, especially with "up-and-coming" and rapidly urbanizing clusters in Africa, India and China.
